Australian based artist Dream Dali present an intoxicating blend of reverbed guitars, droning synths and strikingly hypnotic drums that unearths a modern fusion in dark-wave psychedelia. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Liquid Liquid, The Doors and The Cure, a claimed darkness permits the exploration of alluring melodies and latent ideas.
Realising their surrealist dreams, the band creates a visual and sonic experience through synchronised projections of Dadaist movies blended with black and white imagery from the 1930s. Their multi-sensory performance has been described as trance inducing and an experience in surrealism.
Following their recently released EP titled ‘Life in Legato’ and appearance at locally commemorated venue, The Princess Theatre the band continue to support live shows and work on their debut album set to be released in 2022.
